Education and Mental Institutions
In response to the 17 Apr. 2000 issue,
"Facing the True Causes of Homelessness"
I've been reading Northern City Journal for several weeks now. Although I am a liberal, I find myself in agreement with some of the "conservative" observations and proposals that have appeared in your journal. This is particularly so with regard to what you have to say about education and the closing of our mental institutions in the subject article.
